Browsers can't write file dates to your disk directly for security reasons, so NewFileDate produces a ZIP containing copies with the new timestamps. Your originals stay untouched.
Seconds are snapped to even values because the ZIP format only stores two-second resolution — at most a one-second display difference.
Dates between January 1, 1980 and December 31, 2107 are supported.
No. In File Date (OS) mode, file contents are processed entirely in browser memory and never transmitted. Only HWP/PPT (Pro) mode sends the document to the server, and it is deleted right after processing.
The original stays untouched — you download a ZIP of copies with the new date. Replace the originals with the extracted files if you want them updated.
